How the Training WorksThe purpose of NVQs is to enable your employees to demonstrate, through workplace and on the road assessments, how well they carry out their normal daily work activities and how much they know about their jobs. These assessments also enable employers to identify areas for development and provide a baseline for future training needs. When managed with care and professionalism, relevant training will give your drivers and passenger assistants the skills and the confidence they need to do their jobs effectively. Staff retention will improve and so will customer service. This helps to safeguard your reputation and increase your competitiveness in the marketplace. Train to Gain funding is currently available for drivers and warehouse staff as well as passenger assistants working in community transport. The training will also help drivers to prepare for the new Driver's CPC (Certificate of Professional Competence). There is also some training available for managers in the transport sector. Identify the skills your business needs What M2 Training deliversM2 Training will manage this five step process on your behalf and deliver the training on your premises if you require at no cost to yourself. We organise the project from start to finish including the provision of a training venue if required. Every trainee receives a pre-induction DVD before training begins which explains how the training and assessment works. As a result of this careful preparation, we achieve excellent attendance and 96% completion rates for learners. M2 Training provides ongoing support and works with you to regularly review how your training is progressing. |
