Formed in 2003, M2 Training Ltd has undergone a rapid growth and is now firmly established as one of the UK's leading providers of vocational training. We recognise that within any business there can be a wide range of literacy and numeracy skills amongst employees so we design our training delivery to ensure that all learners can positively engage in their individual training and personal improvement processes.

As a training provider M2 Training works directly with employers from a wide range of industries. There is full recognition that the varying levels of individual company responsiveness often determines success within the 'employer focused' training industry and that information gives employers the knowledge and ability to recognise and develop staff training needs, on a collective and where necessary individual basis. The underlying concept is re-iterated within the M2 Training Limited's Mission Statement

'To provide quality training provision that more than meets the needs of the employer, learner and the industry, to be at the cutting edge of current and future industry knowledge in every way.'

Training solutions delivered by M2 Training Ltd include funded 'qualification-based outcomes', bespoke and customised employer-funded outcomes, as well as statutory and regulatory packages that are required by law and by EU Regulations. All programmes, regardless of which area they fall into, are developed and customised for each specific employer, with additional flexibilities (in some instances) added the learners can choose between or opt for additional modules.
